Every price below is the price you pay. No hourly rates, no discovery call before we tell you a number, and nothing outside the scope of a package without a written quote first. Most trades start with the Starter Website; if your Google Business Profile needs optimising as well, the Standard Package covers both.

Payment Terms: Anything under £250 is paid in full before work begins. £250 and above requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due before your website goes live.
You own it. All of it.
Your domain name and your hosting account are bought in your name, with your card, on day one. Not ours. You get the logins, and you keep them.
This matters more than it sounds. Plenty of web designers register the domain in their own name and keep the hosting on their account. It seems helpful at the time. Then a few years later you want to make a change, or move to someone else, or your designer stops answering the phone — and you find out the website you paid for isn’t actually yours.
We don’t work that way, and we never have. If you decide to leave us, you take the domain, the hosting and the site with you. There’s nothing to unpick and nobody to ask. Every site in our portfolio is built on the same basis.
No contracts, no lock-in, no notice period on the website itself. The Website Care Plan is monthly, and you can cancel it with 30 days’ notice.
Hosting and domain are paid for by you directly to the provider, typically £50 – £70 a year. We’ll tell you what to expect before you buy anything.

We look at what you’ve got now – or at your competitors, if you haven’t got a site yet – and tell you honestly what’s working and what isn’t. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and you keep the report whatever you decide.

Fixed Quote
We agree exactly what you’re getting and what it costs, in writing, before anything starts. If you want something outside the package, we price it separately so you can decide. No hourly rates and no surprises at the end.

We Build It
You send us your business details, service descriptions and any photos you’ve got. We write the pages up from that and build the site. You get two rounds of changes to get it right.

Launch
We check it over, hand you the logins, and put it live. Analytics and Search Console are set up so you can see what’s happening. Then it’s yours.
Most Starter Websites go live within 7 to 14 working days of us receiving everything we need.
